Shipping & Delivery Policy

For international buyers, all orders are shipped and delivered through trusted international courier companies or international speed post services. Domestic buyers within India will receive their orders through reputed domestic courier companies or India Post speed post. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 10 to 15 business days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of payment, unless a different delivery schedule has been mutually agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

Gravity Global Links ensures that consignments are handed over to the courier or postal authorities within the specified timeframe; however, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur due to courier companies, postal authorities, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control. Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided by the buyer during the order process, and confirmation of dispatch or delivery will be sent to the registered email address given at the time of registration.
